For Merchant’s Profile, we gather pertinent personal details, including your name, email address, birthday, gender, civil status, citizenship, detailed address, government ID numbers including your SSS No., PhilHealth No., Pag-Ibig No., and identity verification documents like a valid ID. For the Beneficiary's Profile, we gather your Household ID, Beneficiary/Respondent’s Profile, Household Profile, Hunger, Economic Productivity, and Hunger & Nutrition. You retain the right to access information we hold about you by reaching out to DIGIPEP OPC. You can contact the Data Privacy Officer using the provided contact details in the subsequent sections of this Privacy Policy.  
  2. Your contact information, which includes address verification and mobile phone number. 

 

2. What you use our product/services for 

 

  1. Use WAGI and qualify for the DSWD's complimentary Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Card, an electronic card containing PHP 3,000 worth of food credits that can be utilized for purchasing food from DSWD-accredited merchants. 
  2. Use WAGI to establish a system/program that will help the community to end poverty. 
  3. Use WAGI to enable individuals to explore and embrace technological innovations by utilizing Electronic Cards for their purchases. 
  4. Account management entails the adjustment of account details and updating contact information. 

Who we share your information with 

 

There are several scenarios under which we may be required to provide or publish the data you have submitted to us. In such cases, we ensure that your personal information is transmitted privately and continuously in accordance with the provisions of the Data Privacy Act.  

 

We will not share, rent, or trade your personal information with third-party entities that do not have a connection with DIGIPEP OPC (or associated businesses inside the same organizational group as DIGIPEP OPC), except in specific cases where your explicit permission has been gathered or as expressly stated in this declaration. In order to carry out our business operations and provide our products and services, we may need to disclose your personal data to our intermediaries, affiliates, partners, associates, and other third-party companies.  This means that we could provide your information to the following entities as needed for the aforementioned purposes:

This group also includes experienced consultants that help us provide the products and services we offer, such as our logistics services for bill administration and our customer care centers for hotline operations.

For example, staying current on security problems enables us to warn you if we suspect unwanted access to your account. In such cases, we can assist you in taking the required precautions to protect your accounts.

Furthermore, in accordance with the terms of RA 9160, we retain this data for up to 5 years after your account is closed. Personal data that is no longer essential will be erased from our data processing systems; 
  7. When we have sufficient proof that confidential personal data, which could facilitate identity fraud in the particular situation, has been acquired by a person who is not authorized, we swiftly notify you and the National Privacy Commission.
